Nutrition
We interview our clients about what they are typically eating and how often they eat to see where they are consuming their daily nutrition. We suggest that the client does a 7 day food log using a phone app to make the client aware of what and how much they are eating. We come up with a plan that will be user friendly and benefitual to the goals that the client is trying to achieve along with training.
The food triangle below is a example of what should be eating daily.
