James Washington III
Owner Coach James Washington III was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He later moved to Orlando, Florida where he began his football career. James graduated from William R. Boone High School a semester early and attended North Carolina State University on a full scholarship. James earned his bachelor degree in Sport Management and played all 4 years at running back in which he started in 2 seasons. Since the age of 8 years old, James had the opportunity to train with great coaches and personal trainers that helped him achieve his goals in Football, Track & Field and Weightlifting. Those experiences led him to want to give back to others and become a coach and personal trainer. During his years in college, he used his experiences and passion to assist others in improving their physical gains via working out and has not stopped since. James is now a certified personal trainer and endorsed Football, Wrestling, Weightlifting, Track and Field coach for several age groups.
