2025-2026 AAU Season
1. New Athlete Registration
Youth (ages 6-18)
Registration fee is $400.
A $200 deposit is required at the completion of the TNT Track Club registration form. $50 of the deposit will go towards the AAU Club National Championship meet entry fee.
No completed athlete registration = No practicing and No entry into a meet.
The remaining balance of $200 will need to be paid prior to practicing. Payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case situation at the coach’s discretion.
2. Returning Athlete Registration
Youth (ages 6-18)
Registration fee is $300.

The remaining balance of $100 will need to be paid prior to practicing. Payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case situation at the coach’s discretion.
3. All meet fees can be paid via Zelle: (904) 305 - 9372, Cash App: $TNTPS
4. Athletes will receive 1 Track Uniform, 1 Track Warm Up and 1 Long Sleeve T-Shirt.
Parents receive 1 Short Sleeve Shirt each.
An additional/replacement T-Shirt can be bought for $25.
An additional/replacement Warmups can be bought for $60.
An additional/replacement Track Uniform can be bought for $75.
5. There are no TNT Track Club registration refunds.
6. Athletes will need an AAU Membership Card. They are $22 for 1 year and $44 for 2 years. Use the link below to access the AAU website to buy your AAU Membership Card. You will need the AAU Team Code too.

7. Athletes will not be allowed to practice until AAU Membership Card is purchased, and the registration fee deposit is paid.
There is a $50 family discount for all TNT Track Club members.
There is a $25 referral credit for recruiting new athletes to join TNT Track Club*
8. All Track Meets are purchased at the beginning of each month.
January Meets = $200 Due by December 1st
February Meets = $170 Due by January 1st
March Meets = $140 Due by January 1st
April Meets = $140 Due by April 1st
May Meets = $175 Due by May 1st
June Regular Meets = $140 Due by June 1st
If you do not pay by the due date, you will not be allowed to compete in track meets until your meet entry fees for the month are paid.
9. Practices are mandatory. If an athlete is going to miss practice due to an emergency, Parent(s) will need to call Coach Washington as soon as possible or bring a written note to the next practice signed by a parent. Failure to do so will lead to being excluded for the upcoming track meet. There are no refunds for meets excluded due to missing practices.
10. No disrespect will be tolerated. That goes for Athletes, Parents and Coaches. Athletes can be removed from the team if a disrespectful situation occurs with an Athlete or Parent. Here at TNT Track Club, we are committed to teaching athletes Respect, Discipline and Accountability.
